Interview *Spoilers*

Q. Are you planning to continue writing stories, even while your in college?

A. Yes. In fact, I'm taking a creative writing class, so I've hoping to improve my writing by a lot and have a chance to write even more.

Q. Do you ever do research for Kairon's Refuge

A. Occasionally I'll look up words for characters or watch a documentary on tigers to get down how they move and incorporate it into words in my story. I had to research a little when I decided I wanted to put the ravens in the story as well.

Q. Have you come up with any new stories lately?

A. There were a few ideas that came to mind. One was the next story in this series. Most of the time I try to incorporate my ideas into current stories, tho, so I don't have to keep up with so many stories.

Q. In Kairon's Refuge We don't see much of Joe. What's he doing this entire time?

A. He's checking out all the ladies. Actually, I'm planning on making a story from Joe's side later. I've already started working on it and I think it'll shed a little more light on whats going on behind the scenes.

Q. Where is Dante in all this?

A. She's old and still living on that island.

Q. Why does Kairon like Shelly now?

A. She seduced him with her "powers". You'll see later.

Q. If you could compare Kairon's Refuge to any story what would you compare it to?

A. Umm....that's a toughie.....I'm gonna have to go with The Swan Princess, and I just thought of that right off the top of my head.

Q. Is there a reason why you picked an Akita as Ara's new pet?

A. Yes. Akita's are my fave dog ever. Of course I had to put one in there.

Q. Does Kairon represent anyone you know?

A. Not really. I didn't really base any of these characters off of anyone actually.

Q. Has anything in the story ever happened to you?

A. Hmm....I guess you could say I know a few Jyots. Lol, nah. I have had my fair share of let downs from guys tho.

I'm currently on chapter 14 and plan on going to 30 chapters. It's not even to the climax yet, which is good cus it still has a ways to go as far as chapters goes.

The Sequel to Saeron's Temple

Set a few generations further into the future, the story is told by a girl who's not quite having the romance most would hope for. In fact, she's seeing that type of romance from her best friend and her new boyfriend, who happens to be a decendent of the Jyots (tiger people). The only thing that could make things worse is that she has a crush on her best friends new boyfriend. Will she find her own romance? Or is something starting to happen between her and her friends boyfriend?

Kairon: Male; Grandson of Saeron and Dante; 18 yrs old; red hair, blue eyes.

Arabelle: Female; Grandaughter of Baymon (Dante's little brother), but no relation. You'll find out why later; 17 yrs old; brunette hair, blue eyes.

Shelly: Female; Kairon's girlfriend; 17 yrs old; dirty blonde hair, hazel eyes.

Joseph: Male; Arabelle's good friend; black hair, dark brown eyes.
